I spent hours with this book as a teenager. Finally, I understood clearly how all the books of the Bible worked together and what each book was about. He explained chapters with recent archaeological findings and pictures and maps. At the time, the book was only about 6" x 7" but it was nearly two inches thick. It was not in color. That was farthest from my mind. I just absorbed all the proofs and pictures made in the early 1900s and knew it was all real. If you buy one for your teenager, get one of the smaller versions - nothing fancy - and it WILL be a handbook, not a text book, but a helper. I was amazed at how much was packed into that little book. Still am.

We use this for our Bible study. Really opens our eyes and heart up.
